Soludo Praises Tinubu’s ‘Necessary Economic Reforms’ on 2nd Anniversary

AWKA, Anambra – Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State has heartily congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on successfully marking two years in office, specifically commending his administration’s implementation of what he described as “necessary economic reforms.”

In a congratulatory message released on Saturday, Governor Soludo lauded President Tinubu’s “bold and visionary economic reform policies,” stating they have positioned Nigeria on a path towards sustainable growth and development, despite acknowledging accompanying “temporary pains.”

The governor highlighted key initiatives such as the removal of fuel subsidies, foreign exchange reforms, and significant investments in infrastructure development, describing them as “game-changing” and indicative of the President’s “decisive commitment” to national prosperity.

“President Tinubu’s courageous leadership in implementing necessary economic reforms, despite initial challenges, reflects the true spirit of progressive governance,” Governor Soludo stated. He added that the administration’s impact on fiscal responsibility, economic diversification, and job creation aligns with a shared vision for national development.

Governor Soludo also acknowledged a strengthened partnership between the Federal Government and Anambra State, built on mutual commitment to excellence. He noted this collaboration has resulted in enhanced federal support for road construction and rehabilitation projects in Anambra, as well as an increased focus on Southeast regional development.

Reaffirming Anambra State’s support for the Federal Government’s “Renewed Hope” agenda, Governor Soludo emphasized that progress at the state level contributes directly to Nigeria’s collective advancement.

Concluding his message, Governor Soludo congratulated President Tinubu on his two-year milestone, expressing confidence in the administration’s ability to consolidate achievements and wishing him continued success, divine guidance, and good health in leading the nation.

Governor Soludo also extended his congratulations to other governors marking two years in office.
